2021 APIV New Scheme Survey – Reminder

The deadline for the 2021 New APIV Scheme Survey was Sunday, 31 May 2020.
We have granted extensions to some of the firms, but we still need 200+ more firms to provide us with completed responses to ensure that we are able to design a ‘platinum standard’ APIV Scheme for you.
We note that the 2021 New APIV Scheme Survey is:
- mandatory for all APIV member firms to complete,
- a separate and additional to the Annual Compulsory Compliance Questionnaire completed as part of an APIV member firm’s annual membership renewal process.
Please contact the APIV Team on 03 9644 7500 or via email to [email protected] if you need to discuss extension options, require a PDF copy or have any other questions regarding the Survey.
