Schemes are up and running in several states and are either under construction or in detailed planning in most if not all State Capitals across the Country. With such rapid growth, Investors and Developers and those in the wider Valuation profession are increasingly calling for a standardised approach in the sector to support the sector to fulfil its potential on Australia’s shores.

This webinar will support API Valuer Members to understand the growing international Build to Rent sector and its continuing evolution in Australia.
