QLD Economic Indicators 2022

Description

Australia and the world have experienced intense fluctuations to economy in response to Covid-19, causing many businesses to pivot to meet the undulating demand cycles. These never-before-seen challenges have seen the property industry endure immense transformations to practice and work codes, leaving many to question “What is next?”.

Join Economic Indicators 2022 to hear from key industry specialists as they share their predictions and market analyses to help guide your practice for the year ahead.

Paul Bloxham, Chief Economist at HSBC for Australia, New Zealand and Global markets headlines the event again this year.  Last year, Paul highlighted the potential risk of Covid-19 mutations and how new strains of the virus could impact the economy – a scary hypotheses that came to fruition. Don’t miss the opportunity to hear Paul provide his worldly predications and sage insights for 2022.

For this event, Paul is joined by an elite speaking panel, Ross Israel, Head of Global Infrastructure at QIC, Josephine Sukkar AM from Buildcorp and Kevin Stanley, Head of Property Strategy and Research at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as they discuss the trends and forecasts for our Australian economy, the effect and interaction with global financial markets and international economies and share guiding answers to our “new normal” business challenges.

This event was held on February 4, 2022
