The Specialist Retail Valuer Refresher course provides API NSW Specialist Retail Valuers with a compulsory update to ensure that the current requirements of NSW Retail Leases Act are being met when performing rental determinations.

This online refresher course will cover:

  • Questions and Discussion
Session 2
  • Evaluating the Evidence
  • The Determination Report
  • Questions and Discussion

This course is compulsory for all NSW Specialist Retail Valuers who wish to remain on the panel which is provided to the Office of Small Business Commissioner (OSBC). The panel list will be updated in December 2021. All existing Specialist Retail Valuers will be required to complete a refresher course every two years.
