In this webinar API members were invited to join the conversation to discuss the proposed changes.

Driven by leading valuation experts from around the world, the IVSC Boards, Standards Review Board and Technical Board, are working together to enhance standards applied in global markets and valuation practices. The proposed updates are in response to addressing the increase in the use of technology and data sources, growing demand for clarity in valuation processes, and the need to address new types of assets and liabilities, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.

Sheila Kushe
Sheila Kushe leads the Standards and Compliance department at the Australian Property Institute. With 20 years’ experience working in the legal industry, for professional bodies and membership organisations, practising as a lawyer and managing teams, Sheila has a depth of strategic, business and people management expertise.   In addition to her law degree, Sheila holds a postgraduate qualification in Coaching (Psychology) from Sydney University.
