The Conference will cover a variety of topics facing the Rural Valuation Industry including a briefing from the CEO of the Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise, an update on the Future of the Valuation Industry, followed by sessions discussing the current economic outlook, including a rural property market update along with specific analysis of issues facing the rural industry.

Victoria Gracie
Senior Director - Regional Commercial & Agribusiness Victoria started her career with a local Mackay valuation firm in 2009; where she gained experience across various fields of valuation. Victoria is now the Senior Director of the National Agribusiness and Regional Commercial divisions of Opteon. With over 10 years’ experience Victoria has seen the property industry go through many changes and is now an integral part of driving technology and data projects at Opteon, that innovate the way property products are delivered, creating pathways for the future of Valuers and success for Opteon’s clients. Victoria also leads several internal people initiatives at Opteon focusing on diversity and developing future leaders. Victoria was the President of the Mackay Region Chamber of Commerce, and more recently is sitting on the API State Committee for Queensland. 
Sheila Kushe
GM - Strategy, Standards and Risk, Australian Property Institute Sheila Kushe is the GM-Strategy, Standards & Risk and leads the Standards and Compliance department at the Australian Property Institute. With 25 years' experience working in the legal industry, for professional bodies and membership organisations, practising as a lawyer and managing teams, Sheila has a depth of strategic, business and people management expertise.  In addition to her law degree, Sheila holds a postgraduate qualification in Coaching (Psychology) from Sydney University.
Greg Bowden
CEO, Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise Greg Bowden is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career in economic development, particularly in the mining, renewable energy, agriculture, manufacturing, tourism, major events and public sector environments. Recently appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise, a prominent organisation that drives economic growth in Toowoomba and the Surat Basin, Greg has hit the ground running and is ready to implement initiatives that deliver long-term economic benefits and growth opportunities for the region.   With his extensive knowledge and experience in economic development, Greg has also played a key role in major events such as Brisbane City's early stages of the 2032 Olympic Games bid and Australia's largest car festival, Rockynats. He is passionate about regional development and firmly believes that the economic growth produced by regional Australian communities is critical to our nation's past, present and future success. 
Jason Lipp
Business Banking Executive - Toowoomba, National Australia Bank Jason Lipp is a career banker with NAB for more than 30 years, working across regional Qld and NSW.  Jason’s current role is Regional and Agri Business Banking Executive for Toowoomba, which includes managing a team of bankers spanning Agribusiness, Health, Professional Services and Diversified Business Banking.    Jason is a non-practicing CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce. His affiliation with Agriculture started from an early age, being raised on a mixed farm on the eastern Darling Downs.
Bhavin Patel
Director Agribusiness - Australia, JLL Bhavin joined JLL in 2018, with a focus on Queensland’s real estate market. His primary responsibilities included; presenting to domestic and offshore capital on the Queenland market and providing strategic advice to clients of the firm. He is now responsible for JLL’s Agribusiness research and strategic advice across Australia.  Prior to joining JLL, Bhavin has worked extensivley in the property market as a REIT Analyst, both on the sell and buy side. He was responsible for managing LaSalle Investment Management’s UK REIT Portfolio.  Apart from the Real Estate, Bhavin also has broader business management expereince, establishing  pharmaceutical manufacturing company with over 150 employees and market presence over three continents. 
Chris Holgar
Director Agribusiness - Australia, JLL Chris Holgar is a Director within JLL’s Agribusiness team based in Brisbane with an excess of 10 years of agribusiness transactional experience. Co-founded alongside Geoff Warriner in 2019, the JLL Agribusiness team consisting of six brokers based in Brisbane and Melbourne has collectively transacted ~$2B in assets across multiple sectors and geographies. 
John Condon
Communications Specialist, Beef Central Jon Condon is the publisher and founder of the Beef Central website, publishing daily news and market intelligence on the Australian cattle, beef export and live export industries. He spent his early life in the Northern Territory, where his family built and operated an export beef processing plant at Katherine, and developed a cattle property on the Drysdale River in the Kimberley. The first part of his career in ag journalism he spent as national beef writer with Fairfax/Rural Press Ltd. In 2011 he launched a new digital ag media business with fellow journalist, James Nason, establishing the Beef Central website. The free-access, national online industry news platform has since expanded into other related industries and sectors, including Sheep Central (lamb and wool), Grain Central, Property Central and Carbon Central. A new national ag skills website is under development.
Sharon Denny
Queensland Partner, ReThink Sustainability Sharon Denny is a partner of Rethink Sustainability, a national and increasingly global company focused on Sustainability solutions to meet the needs of its client base.  As a skilled policy and risk management sustainability specialist, Sharon works on developing companies, supply chains and community resilience through a sustainability focused framework.   Her career has focused on identifying gaps, hurdles and opportunities for resilience outcomes, and connecting industry, government and community, to technical and policy solutions. This includes developing strategy, identifying policy and technology opportunities to implement solutions.  She also has an extensive university partnerships network in emerging technologies.  Sharon’s background includes 10 years, in agriculture (advocating for regional Queensland), 12 years in Queensland Government developing and implementing policy across energy, carbon, water and emerging cross government issues, and a further 10 years in private industry as an industrial chemist in regional Australia.
