Throughout their careers, Valuers may be required to act as expert witnesses during court proceedings over property disputes.

This module forms Part 1 of a 3-Part training series for Giving Expert Evidence.  It provides an overview of current legislation, court proceedings, and the requirements of giving expert evidence relating to valuation and compensation matters.

Introduction to Giving Expert Evidence module includes a summary of the courts and legislation for each jurisdiction, presents case studies and provides access to resources including Acting as an Expert Witness (ANZRTIP 1).
