Build to Rent (also known as BTR) developments have gained momentum in Australia in recent years.

In this module we explore why this asset class has come to fruition, noting the valuation methodologies and requirements needed to for this new asset class.

2. Describe and utilise the valuation methodologies best used for the valuation of this asset class
