API Knowledge Series – Rent Assessment and Rent Determination Workshop

A timely program given the current rental crisis and sharp increases in rental prices, the API Knowledge Series Workshop is designed to introduce the relevant general principles and professional practices when undertaking a rent assessment and determination.

This workshop continues from last years’ API Knowledge Series Modules – Rent Assessment and Rent Determination, and is designed to provide the requisite knowledge for attendees to;

1. Identify the fundamental principles relevant to Rent Assessment and Rent Determination
2. Apply the appropriate the general principles relevant to Rent Assessment and Rent Determination
3. Evaluate a range of scenarios relevant Rent Assessment and Rent Determination to reach conclusions.

Note: Completion of this workshop alone will not qualify attendees to undertake a rent determination or other work that is outside their scope of expertise or experience.

This Workshop provides attendees with an opportunity to hear from expert presenters and a panel of experts as they work through a range of scenarios and demonstrate how to select the appropriate principles and apply them to real life examples.
