Adam Hartley, Director and Head of Office Leasing - South Australia , Cushman & Wakefield
Adam thrives on the challenge of finding the right deal, chasing the best possible result. High service, high touch, high end results. Strong client relationships built on success. Adam’s commercial real estate career started at Colliers in 2010 after a background in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Skills learnt in FMCG were complementary to real estate in many ways; fostering client relationships, responsive service, exceeding customer expectations, understanding how to effectively communicate how a product can benefit potential clients. It was in working for Mars Confectionary during his FMCG years that Adam was tasked with finding a new state office. The level of service and negotiation skills Adam experienced in this process made for a disappointing experience. An experience that ultimately inspired Adam to start on his next adventure, Adam was positive he could do better. In 2015 Adam transitioned from Colliers to Savills to head up the South Australian Office Leasing Division. It was during this tenure that Adam built a high performing leasing team, with exceptional client management and high attention to detail at its core, ultimately growing this division. Today Adam specialises in office leasing and commercial property solutions with an absolute focus on growing his clients property wealth. Adam’s clients work hard to invest in commercial property, and his intention is to see them rewarded for this with the best possible leasing outcome. Adam thrives on the challenge of finding the right deal, and chasing the best possible result for his clients.
Jordan Kies, Director, Capital Markets - Industrial & Logistics, South Australia CBRE
Jordan has been with CBRE for over eleven (11) years and is the Head of the South Australian Industrial & Logistics Team. As Director within the national Capital Markets Industrial and Logistics division, Jordan solely focuses on the industrial investment market which gives the CBRE Industrial & Logistics Team a clear advantage to better service their clients. Jordan draws on his knowledge gained from his previous role to capitalise on CBRE’s broad network of contacts throughout Asia Pacific. This ultimately enables him to extract the maximum value potential. Jordan's prior experience in the CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services division provided excellent exposure to institutional clients, funds, banks and private investors.
Eliza Owen, Head of Residential Research Australia, Corelogic
Eliza has a wealth of experience in property data analysis and reporting. She worked as an economist at Residex, a research analyst at Domain Group and previously as the commercial real estate and construction analyst at CoreLogic. Eliza is passionate about economics, and is a popular keynote speaker, having presented to thousands across the real estate, finance and construction sectors.
Ben Parkinson, Managing Director - South Australia, JLL
As the Managing Director of JLL, Ben is responsible for the leadership, development and growth of the South Australian business as well as being one of the nations best regarded agents specialising in the sale of Institutional grade investment assets across office and retail. His unique retail client side experience ensures that clients get a unique perspective and approach together with whole of business support. Ben has been involved in more than $2bn worth of transactions in the Australian commercial property landscape over the past 16 years acting as agent, purchaser and JV owner.
Andrew Wilson, Associate Director - Sales and Leasing, McGees Property
With a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of South Australia, Andrew joined the McGees Property team in 2018 after spending over two years with another commercial real estate firm where he specialised in commercial asset management and leasing.  Andrew’s role spans across selling and leasing all classes of commercial property with a particular focus and interest in property development and more specifically off the plan industrial assets. Andrew has recently been appointed as a member on the Property Council's SA Industrial and Logistics Committee. Andrew’s transparency, honesty and integrity matched with his impressive work ethic ensures he delivers results to his clients.
