Amelia Hodge, Chief Executive Officer, Australian Property Institute
Amelia Hodge is the CEO of the Australian Property Institute and has enjoyed a senior executive career spanning some 27 years, with her depth of experience driving successful outcomes across a range of sectors, projects and industries. Her previous Chief Executive, Senior executive and project roles have included Origin Energy, Powerlink Queensland, the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority, Qld Law Society and Coffey Commercial Advisory, following her legal career in the property sector. 
Belinda Botzolis, Managing Director, Add Valuer
Belinda is a fully qualified professional Property Valuer since 2005 and has now moved into the field of Professional Property Advice.  Belinda became a Registered Tax Agent in 2014 and has worked in the QS Division inspecting and preparing Tax Depreciation Schedules as well as any Property Tax related valuation reports including Stamp Duty, Capital Gains Tax, Mortgage and Non-Mortgage Property Valuation.  In addition to her expansive understanding, she has experience in commercial valuation, as well as all non-residential Tax Depreciation Schedules and has a diverse and unique knowledge of all aspects of Property Investment, Tax and Valuation.
Ben Burston, Chief Economist and Head of Research & Consulting, Knight Frank Australia
Ben is the Chief Economist and Head of Research & Consulting at Knight Frank Australia. He oversee the research program spanning all states and sectors nationally and is a lead spokesperson for the firm on property market conditions and outlook. With many years of experience in Australia and overseas as a macroeconomist and property research professional, he brings a deep understanding of real estate investment trends and their underlying drivers across all the major asset classes. This expertise enables him to deliver the broad perspective and deep insight that our clients and our people need to drive success and ensure they are future-ready.
Benjamin Martin-Henry, Head of Real Assets Research, Pacific MSCI
Ben is Head of Real Assets Research for the Pacific region at MSCI and is responsible for producing thought leadership for the benefit of MSCI’s clients, covering both the major property sectors and newly emerging ones. Ben has over 15 years of experience in Australia, and the UK across investment analysis, research, strategy, and product development in the property sector. In addition, he has expertise in property sector performance metrics, macroeconomic and financial market data interpretation, and product development.
Darren Austin, Director Walsh + Monaghan
Darren grew up in the offices of Walsh & Monaghan, with his father John one of the company’s longest serving and most integral directors. After gaining qualifications and a wealth of experience in the property and finance industries around the State, Darren ‘came home’ to the Nowra branch in 2000 and became a director in 2005. Experienced in all facets of the valuation profession, Darren specialises in commercial and industrial valuations, as well as acquisitions and major developments in tourism and childcare. Darren regularly appears as an expert witness in property-related legal proceedings, and has been included on judging panels for building design awards for the Shoalhaven and South Coast. He is also very active within the property industry, currently on the State Committee for the Australian Property Institute (API), Chairman of the API Illawarra Discussion Group and Chairman of the Network Property Group.
Sass J-Baleh, Head of Industrial & Logistics Research Australia and Director of NSW Research CBRE
Sass is the Head of Industrial and Logistics Research in Australia at CBRE and leads the NSW Research platform across all sectors. She provides high quality research advice to internal business lines, as well as clients of the firm - particularly to executive level decision-makers. Sass is currently on the NSW Executive Committee for CBRE.  Sass is a well-respected commentator and analyst in the property industry, providing domestic and global economic insights; widely quoted in the media and present at industry events. To further develop Research deliverables, she has worked on publishing thought leadership papers.
Sean Ellison, Research Manager Cushman & Wakefield
Sean Ellison is the Research Manager covering New South Wales at Cushman and Wakefield working in the Sydney office. He is responsible for driving the research output for Greater Sydney across all segments of the built environment, while also contributing to broader thought leadership output. Sean has more than a decade of experience in the property and financial services sectors in Asia and Australia. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Sean was a Senior Economist with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Singapore and Sydney, responsible for producing RICS’s research output. Prior to this Sean worked as a strategist in the Hong Kong and Singapore financial services industries, where he advised global institutional investors on strategies for Asian equity, foreign exchange, fixed income, commodity, and derivative markets.
Su-Fern Tan, Head of ESG, Pacific CBRE
Su-Fern Tan is Head of ESG for CBRE’s Pacific Region. She is responsible for driving best practice ESG solutions for clients and for the business. She uses her background in engineering and technology to scale impact and improve ESG performance. Prior to joining CBRE, Su-Fern held senior positions in the US with Arup, Alexandria Real Estate Equities and technology start-up Prescriptive Data. She managed and delivered one of the world’s largest corporate real estate sustainability programs spanning 60 countries and 4000 assets which resulted in significant cost savings and carbon reductions. She brings to CBRE experience in design, construction and operations for both investors and occupiers. Su-Fern relocated back to her home in Australia in early 2021 and serves as Chair of the GBCA’s Expert Reference Panel on Sustainable Fit Outs, Property Council of Australia’s NSW Sustainability Committee, and continues to serve on NYC’s LL97 Technical Pathways for Commercial Buildings Working Group, and on the Boards of Pace University New York, and Sustainable Westchester.
Trudy Crooks, Managing Director, ResortBrokers
As Managing Director of ResortBrokers, Trudy oversees the nation’s longest established and most experienced specialist agency active in the accommodation sector. Established in 1985 by her father, Ian Crooks, ResortBrokers was the first agency to focus exclusively on accommodation business and property sales. During her tenure as Managing Director, Trudy spearheaded the expansion of the company’s network to over 30 brokers who are active across every state and territory, and her drive and enthusiasm has resulted in an exponential increase in sales turnover. Trudy still acts personally on key transactions nationwide from Tasmania to the Top End.
Anthony Garagournis, National Delivery Manager, Build to Rent Mirvac
Anthony is a property development and construction professional who leads the delivery function across the Build to Rent portfolio at Mirvac. Having spent more than 10 years at Mirvac, Anthony has delivered over 2,000 residential apartments with construction costs in excess of $900M. Anthony has spent 3 years in the Build to Rent team at Mirvac and is accountable for the delivery of projects, leading delivery project teams as well as contributing to the establishment of Build to Rent as a new Asset class in Australia. Anthony is passionate about harnessing emerging and innovative technologies to improve design outcomes, the LIV platform and our resident experiences.
