Acumentis is a leading national valuation firm within the commercial, residential, regional and rural valuation sectors. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team based in Subiaco. You will be reliable, have a strong property background, and hit the ground running in this rewarding role supporting the team and management.

About the Role

Your role will be assisting the team and adding value from your experience and knowledge in the field. Your role will be based in across the residential and commercial teams. This role is available as either a full-time or part-time role. Some of the things you will be doing:

• Analysis and compilation of leasing and sales evidence
• Report compilation
• Liaison with client representatives
• Marketing
• Assisting upon property inspections
• Use of valuation system
• Supporting management with general tasks.

What are we looking for? Someone with the following:

• Currently undertaking or have completed a Bachelor of Property degree or equivalent (Essential)
• Experience in the property sector is highly regarded.
• Strong IT skills – fully competent with all Microsoft Office applications.
• A can-do attitude.
• Motivation to excel in a position and make it your own.
• Ability to multitask and maintain calm under pressure.
• Able to think on your feet.
• Reliable, loyal, and committed.
• Team player.

It is a condition of employment that staff are to have a Federal Police Clearance (paid for by the business).
