Are you a graduate valuer eager to learn all aspects of valuation? HillPDA is seeking a motivated student or graduate valuer who is passionate about property and keen to gain valuable knowledge and insight into all aspects of property valuations (residential, commercial and development).

Our valuation and feasibility team is offering employment on a part time or full-time basis.
About the role
Your expected day-to-day activities will assist you with working towards CPV qualifications. This will include:
- Market research and market activity analysis
- The application of valuation methodologies and valuation reporting
- Learn about development feasibility
- Attend staff meetings and internal training events across valuation, economics & planning sectors
- Work with high calibre professionals who will be your mentors
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients Requirements
- Property degree qualified (or nearing completion)
- Strong report writing skills and IT skills – Excel (essential), GIS (beneficial) & Adobe Creative Suite (beneficial)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective time management skills
- Eager to learn – Gain exposure to property economics and planning
- Strong work ethics
