Property Valuer

We are experiencing a period of significant growth and have an opportunity in our Sunshine Coast office for an experienced Property Valuer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations and prepare high quality, detailed reports within a timely manner
• Assessing current market activity and analysing comparable sales data
• Utilise best practice mobile technology for field inspections
• Build effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to quality reporting standards and audit processes
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain client relations

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following criteria:

• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification or Residential Property Valuer (RPV) qualification
• API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and have strong attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service ethic and enjoy working with a team
