About the Role

Based in the Ballina/Lismore area, we have a position for a qualified candidate to undertake valuations of coastal and hinterland residential property. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research of property sales, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards. Working with Opteon’s best in market proprietary property software and systems enables our valuers to maximise their time in the field and reporting data capture.

About you

We are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication skills. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• API Membership
• CPV or RPV status
• Experience in residential valuation for mortgage security purposes
• Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
