An opportunity is available for a qualified CPV Valuer who would like to further develop their career in the Valuations Industry.

A well-established and successful valuation, advisory and specialist property service operating in Port Macquarie, NSW on the beautiful Mid North Coast. Currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and development they are offering a rare opportunity for a qualified CPV Valuer who would like to further develop their career in the Valuations Industry.
To be successful in securing this full-time position you will bring practical experience including mortgage work with major lending institutions and be a member of the Australian Property Institute. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate examples of their ability to work unsupervised, their positive energy and their ability to work both efficiently and accurately.
The Opportunity
As a qualified CPV Valuer, your role will include property inspections throughout our footprint (from Macksville in the North to Bulahdelah in the South), research of property sale and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards. You will be required to use the proprietary property software and systems to maximise your time in the field and reporting data capture efficiently. You will take pride in high-quality work and service to clients whilst equally taking pride in how you represent the company.
Previous experience in the following key responsibility areas are desired:
- Making appointments for inspections
- Liaising with agents, tenants, homeowners, solicitors, accountants
- Completing inspections of properties
- Completing relevant reports
- Follow up on post report enquiries
To be successful you will have the following essential personal skills and attributes (KSC). Please address these in your application:
Essential Criteria
- Must hold a current CPV qualification
- Must be a member of the Australian Property Institute
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Police Record Check
- 2 years of Valuation experience
- Experience in mortgage work with major Lenders
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- High-level Emotional intelligence/interpersonal Skills
- Highly proficient in navigating relevant software systems and programs
Preferred Criteria
- Experience using Halo Valuations Software
