An exciting term contract opportunity is available (up to 03/02/2023) as a Senior Advisory Valuer. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver professional valuation services on behalf of the Valuer-General through the provision of specialist expert valuation advice, reports and services to government projects necessitating acquisition or disposal of real property assets. Responsibilities also include contributing to business strategies to expand and deliver specialist valuation services and contributing to high level stakeholder engagement and communications on complex and sensitive valuation matters.
To be considered for this position you must:
- Be qualified as a Valuer in accordance with the Land Valuers Act 1994 and Land Valuers Regulations 2010.
- Have eligibility for or have a current Associate or Fellow level Membership of the Australian Property Institute as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV).
- Have practised as a land valuer (whether in the service of the Government or privately) for a period (whether continuous or aggregate) of at least 5 years.
- Have a current Driver’s Licence.
