Westlink currently has a vacancy for an Assistant Valuer in our municipal valuations team. The position will be based in Melbourne’s northern and eastern suburbs. Flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right person.
The positions would suit property or valuations graduates (or near graduates) however we will only consider applicants who are Australian or New Zealand citizens/permanent residents.
Duties will include:
collecting and analysing market data;
data entry into valuation software
undertaking valuations (under supervision); and
Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license, have their own vehicle and display the following attributes and qualities:
ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision;
accuracy and attention to detail;
strong report writing skills; and
intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
