About the Role

We are seeking experienced and self-motivated certified valuers (CPV and RPV) to join the team within multiple locations in Melbourne. The role will have a focus on residential mortgage and non-mortgage valuation. With strong admin support, national systems in place and localised job coordination, you will be able to hit the ground running as soon as the doors open.

We are looking for someone who possesses:

• Strong experience in residential valuation.
• Valuer qualification (CPV or RPV) and API membership.
• Desire to enter a stimulating and rewarding sector in the property market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the property market in the area.
• A great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail.

It is a condition of employment that staff are to have a Federal Police Clearance (paid for by the business).
