We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team based in Hervey Bay/ Wide Bay.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated certified valuer (CPV) to join the team. The role will be a generalist valuer role with a focus on residential valuation. The small team is looking for someone to add value to its long-standing office. The team’s culture is supportive and hardworking. With strong admin support and localised job coordination, you will be able to hit the ground running.

We are looking for someone who possesses:

• Strong experience in residential valuation.
• Valuer qualification (CPV) and API membership.
• Desire to enter a stimulating and rewarding sector in the property market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the property market in the Wide Bay area.
• A great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail.
