Senior Valuer (CPV)

Planned Resources are currently working with a client to recruit a Senior Valuer to join their team.

This company is one of Australia’s most respected and successful Valuation, Advisory and specialised property firms, they are independently owned whilst benefiting from a strong national and globally connected international network.

The ideal candidate will be either a CPV or nearly qualified Valuer with commercial experience to conduct commercial, industrial and residential properties valuations across the local region. You will be responsible for preparing reports and quotations as well as managing your own budget and expectations. You will be pro-active, efficient with good attention to details and strong analytical and report writing skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Valuer who is looking for a tree change, and to work and live in regional NSW.
