Established since 1953, Wolthers Property Valuers joined the WBP Group in 2009 maintaining a specialist residential and commercial valuations team throughout Newcastle and the Hunter Region.

Located in Hamilton we provide an extensive office space with large individual offices or the option to work from home. Our highly experienced admin staff undertake all valuation bookings and initial searches, establishing sensible daily runs for each valuer and control of workloads.

The Position: Property Valuer (Residential)

The Requirements:

• API endorsed degree
• API Membership with CPV accreditation
• Risk Management Certificate (current)
• API Residential Valuations Standing Instructions certificate (current)
• Excellent attention to detail to provide accurate report writing
• Provide evidence of appropriate written and oral communication skills
• Well presented with a positive attitude
