Seeking qualified candidates interested in conducting commercial property valuations whilst receiving support from assistant valuers and mentorship from experienced senior staff to deepen their expertise.
The Company
Sovereign Valuations is a boutique property valuation firm specialising in valuations for a range of purposes including compulsory acquistion, litigation, financial reporting and commercial mortgage. We operate throughout the Eastern Seaboard, servicing both public and private sector clients.
The Role
Due to growing demand for our services, we have created a new Commercial Property Valuer role within our Sydney office. In this role, you will conduct commercial property valuations whilst receive support from assistant valuers and mentorship from experienced senior staff, allowing you to maintain a high level of output whilst deepening your expertise.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be:
- CPV qualified with the API
- Smart and eager to learn
- An excellent communicator
- Able to work within a collaborative team environment and also autonomously when required
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Remuneration
