The Opportunity

We’re looking for a new Assistant Valuer to join our expert team. This role offers extensive training and ongoing professional development, providing a unique opportunity to gain specialised skills in financial reporting valuations, even if you don’t have prior experience in this area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct supervised valuations of land, buildings, and open space assets.
• Travel extensively across Australia to work directly with clients and assist with onsite inspections.
• Utilise our cutting-edge valuation software to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyse and manipulate data using Excel
• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver high-quality valuation reports.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in valuation (or nearing completion).
• Working towards API accreditation and QLD valuer registration.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing abilities.
• A desire to build a long-term career in a multi-disciplinary professional team.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Australia.
• No prior valuation experience is required
