Senior Valuer

We’re currently on the hunt for a qualified Senior Valuer with at least 10 years of experience to join our growing team.

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in municipal valuations, land acquisition and compensation matters, and expert witness matters for court.
• A self-motivated person who is able to meet deadlines.
• Great communication skills to connect with clients and collaborate with the team.
• A lateral thinker who brings fresh ideas to problem-solving.
• Someone who can collaborate on large projects as well as guide junior staff.
• A confident personality with the skills to take on this senior position.
• AAPI Member of the Australian Property Institute as a minimum.
• Driver’s licence and a reliable comprehensive insured vehicle.
• Skilled with MS Office suite programs and Microsoft 365.
