About the job:
CivicMJD is a valuation and property consultancy firm with a collective history stretching over 75 years. We specialise in offering independent and impartial property advice to a banking, private, corporate and government client base in a coordinated property valuation service across Australasia.
Our expertise covers development valuations for residential, commercial and industrial developments. We also have specialised valuers undertaking rural lifestyle, agribusiness and going concern valuations nationally.
Due to success and growth, we have a new opportunity for an accredited CPV valuer to our team in the Sydney area.

What This Job Involves:
You will primarily provide residential, commercial, retail and industrial valuation and advisory reports for our clients. Your day to day tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Inspect properties and draft reports end-to-end, as instructed by our clients.
• Collecting and verifying market evidence, as directed.
• Any other general assistance as required.
• Maintain all required professional memberships and registrations including required CPD.

Desired Experience and Technical Skills:
We are looking for people with work ethic who are passionate about property and willing to continuously learn and develop their careers. We would expect that you have the following:

• Minimum one year experience in a similar role
• CPV qualification;
• Organisation skills and time management;
• Written and verbal communication skills;
• Intermediate – Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products;
• Time management;
• Attention to detail and analytical skills;
