Role Overview:
We invite experienced Certified Practising Valuers (CPV) and Residential Property Valuers (RPV) to join our forward-thinking team. This role involves performing valuations across a variety of property types, delivering expert guidance, and upholding rigorous industry standards, including IVS, API, and RICS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth property valuations for residential, commercial, and specialised assets.
- Compile detailed valuation reports that align with industry and client requirements.
- Stay updated on property market trends and regulatory changes.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, delivering customised valuation solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to Australian Property Institute (API) standards and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RPV or CPV certification from the Australian Property Institute.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property valuations, including:
– 5 years in residential valuations
– 2 years in commercial valuations or willingness to cross-train with directorial guidance - Certified Practising Valuers with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in both vacant possession and going-concern specialised asset classes are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s licence and readiness to travel for property inspections.
