Valuer – Team Leader

The Office of the Valuer General (OVG) is seeking a Valuer – Team Leader to join a diverse team of professionals.  The role’s purpose is to supervise and coordinate the valuation activities of a team of valuers on a regional basis and perform a range of complex statutory valuations, client valuations, and compulsory acquisition valuations.

 In this role, you will:

• Undertake a range of statutory, client, and compulsory acquisition valuations across the state
• Provide supervision, guidance, mentoring, and training to 4-5 direct reports
• Supervise and co-ordinate quality control programs within the OVG
• Represent the OVG and liaise with key stakeholders.
