The Opportunity

This key role, reporting to the National Director Valuations, offers an opportunity to successfully lead the team, build client relationships and manage the team in ACT to deliver the strategic, financial, business and talent development goals of the business.

The following are some of the core responsibilities of the role;

• Manage and ensure the financial health of the business through experienced budgeting, achieving budgeted revenue and budgeted profit, valuer productivity targets and day to day work flow management
• Manage and drive business development activities within the team and key external stakeholder relationships
• Respond to tender opportunities and manage quotes
• Responsible for quality and compliance for all work leaving Egan team, as well as HR, PI and WH&S requirements
• Day to day leadership of all ACT team members
• Be part of the senior leadership team of Egans

You (skills, experience and qualifications)

• Degree qualified and supported by a certified practicing valuer CPV qualification
• Leadership experience preferred
• Sound financial management skills
• Excellent tender writing skills matched with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Strong written communication and reporting skills
• Good industry and client network
• Demonstrated leadership skills to drive outcomes
• Maintains high quality professional work and procedural standards
• Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, execute and monitor strategic initiatives
• Relational and influential, exemplifying all company cultural values at all times
• The ability to manage high level client relationships confidently and diplomatically, working through issues to win/win outcomes
• Act with integrity and honesty
