Role Overview:
As a Senior Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in our valuation team, leading complex statutory related valuation projects and providing expert advice to our government stakeholders. You will be responsible for conducting detailed property assessments, preparing comprehensive valuation reports, and ensuring team compliance with Territory policies, and statutory and industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough property inspections and market research.
- Preparing detailed and accurate valuation reports.
- Providing expert advice and insights to clients.
- Leading and mentoring junior valuers.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuation, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) designation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation.
- Current drivers’ licence
- Certified Practicing Valuer or equivalent with a recognised professional valuation institute is highly desirable.
