Commercial Property Valuer

Sovereign Valuations is a boutique property valuation firm specialising in valuations for a range of purposes including financial reporting, commercial mortgage, litigation and compulsory acquisition. We predominantly operate throughout NSW & VIC, servicing both public and private sector clients.

The Role

Due to growing demand for our services, we are expanding our Sydney office and are looking for a Commercial Property Valuer to join our team. In this role, you will conduct a variety of general and specialised valuations. You will have the opportunity to receive support from assistant valuers and mentorship from experienced senior staff, allowing you to maintain a high level of output whilst deepening your expertise.

This role is ideal for a CPV-qualified valuer eager to take the next step in their career and grow with our company.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be:

• CPV qualified with the API
• Smart and eager to learn
• Willing to engage in a diverse range of work
• An excellent communicator
• Able to work within a collaborative team environment and also autonomously when required
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Remuneration
