A snapshot of the role

As a Property Administrator, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of commercial property, including:

• Providing operational and administrative support to the property, facilities, and leasing departments.
• Collaborating with property and facility managers, as well as the broader team, to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assisting with raising and receipting purchase orders.
• Tracking planned preventative maintenance schedules to ensure contractors complete work orders and submit service records.
• Partnering with the property accounting team to support high-volume periods (accounts payable/receivable).
• Assisting with general tenant correspondence and requests.
• Preparing accurate lease documents and entering lease information into our property management software (MRI).

Our team will provide training and support to help you build confidence and excel in your daily responsibilities.

To be successful in this role you will need…

• Previous experience in property administration or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• A degree in business administration or a property-related field (desirable but not required).
• Confidence in making phone calls to contractors and other stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
