The Australian Valuation team prides itself in having a strong client base across these verticals and is often sought out by our clients to undertake more complex valuation assignments.
Due to success and growth, we have a new opportunity for an experienced valuer to be based in Melbourne.
What this job involves
Forming a crucial part of our valuations team, you’ll conduct end-to-end valuation preparation, research, inspections, reporting and liaising with clients. With a dedicated market-leading administrative support, you’ll spend your time working and completing valuations and not chasing paperwork and booking runs, allowing you to gain greater experience in valuations.
All levels are encouraged to apply, however, here’s a snapshot of the role:
- Liaises with the Manager, Valuer Service Centre to coordinate efficient planning and workflow and compliance with turnaround expectations.
Conduct valuation preparation, research, inspection and reporting in line with JLL’s Valuation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant KPIs. - Contribute to building and improving client relationships through ongoing communication on valuation and other professional issues.
Provide guidance, support and feedback to Assistant Valuers or other Valuers when required to assist them in completing their work.
Opportunities to work on a broad range of mortgage and non-mortgage residential valuations thanks to JLLs large and diversified profile of clients.
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills:
- Valuers, you must hold either current Associate Membership (AAPI) with CPV status or Residential Property Valuer (PMAPI RPV), of the Australian Property Institute, current Certificate of Compliance, current Risk Management Module Certificate, and possess an open driver’s license.
- Through your prior roles, you would have gained the technical skills in understanding of residential valuations.
- Senior valuers are encouraged to apply with career management opportunities to discuss.
