Commercial Valuer

An opportunity has arisen for a Valuer to join our team of professionals in our Cairns office. The applicant must be a Certified Practising Valuer in the State of Queensland (or capable of applying for such) and an Associate Member of the API or RICS equivalent.

Key duties in this role will include:

• Undertaking valuations of commercial, industrial and retail property assets in accordance with instructions for various purposes and from a broad client base;
• Preparing reports within expected time frames with adherence to quality reporting standards; and
• Assisting Partners with client liaising and business development.

Our practice focuses on Commercial Valuations and in this role you would not be involved in the bulk residential sector. We also offer the opportunity to extend your expertise into specialist areas and asset classes under the direction of industry recognised experts.

You must be pro-active and a great communicator. Excellent report writing and analytic skills are required. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic with continued enthusiasm and desire to contribute to the success of the business.
