Role Description

Are you a master of market trends, a wizard with numbers, and a champion of accuracy? Join our dynamic team as a Property Valuer in the picturesque location of Albury- Wodonga. Due to business growth, we are on the hunt for our next Valuer!

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Property Valuer at Preston Rowe Paterson Albury-Wodonga located in Albury, NSW. The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting property inspections, assessing property values, preparing property reports, and providing accurate and timely valuations. This role allows for flexibility with some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation methodologies
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Relevant certification or accreditation in property valuation (CPV Preferred)
• Proficiency in property valuation software and tools
• Valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle
