Statutory Valuer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Valuer to deliver a range of valuation functions to support the statutory, strategic and operational obligations of the Valuer-General. This involves providing specialist advice including undertaking analysis, reviews and approval of valuation reports and recommendations to ensure timely and effective grievance processes are delivered to the community. Responsibilities also include representing the Valuer-General at the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key responsibilities:

• Provision of specialist valuation advice, reports and services including engagement, communication and liaison with clients and stakeholders
• Quality assurance processes including analysis, review and approval of valuation reports and recommendations including input into resolution of grievance matters
• Undertaking valuations of residential, commercial and industrial, urban and rural land for statutory and other purposes.
