About the Role
We are looking to grow our team of property professionals across the business. Acumentis would love to welcome Assistant Valuers to join our team in Queensland, with the role based out of several locations- Bundaberg, Cairns , Emerald, Gladstone, Hervey Bay, Mackay, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast and Townsville. This role would suit someone who is studying property, or has recently completed their qualification, and is looking to kick start their career! Your work location and schedule can be flexible as we aim to accommodate your preferences and meet you in the middle to find what works!
Your role will be assisting the team and adding value from your experience and knowledge in the field. Some of the things you will be doing:
- Analysis and compilation of leasing and sales evidence
- Report compilation
- Liaison with client representatives
- Assisting with property inspections
- Use of valuation systems
- Supporting management with general tasks
About You
