Diamonds Property Consultancy is a property valuation and advisory company that was established over 100 years ago. We undertake valuation and consultancy works all over Australia and provides its services across all property classes including residential, retail, commercial, industrial, hotels, resorts sectors & specialised areas.

As in any service industry, the quality of service greatly reflects the quality of staff – the valuation profession is no different. Diamonds Property Consultancy therefore aims to recruit the best staff to uphold our high standard. We have a diverse scope of valuations which keeps daily tasks interesting and dynamic. Due to this diversity, we ensure all team members have appropriate support to grow to their full potential.

The Role

In this role, some of the main duties will include:

• Undertaking valuations for a range of purposes
• Maintain clear valuation files
• Fee quoting
• Liaising with clients and valuers;
• Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to multi-task
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Time management skills are paramount
• Attention to detail and efficiency
• Ability to work autonomously
• Essential Criteria

The Valuer must have:

• CPV qualification
• Current experience in Property Valuation
• API Membership, Certificate of Compliance and Risk Management Certificate
• Current drivers license and willingness to travel where required
