About the Role As a Valuer with Opteon, you will take over an existing workload with future growth available. Enjoy the flexibility to support your work/life commitments. Continue specialising in the Orange/Bathurst region or look to make a move to this location. Working with Opteon's best in market propriety property software and systems enables our valuers to minimise their time in the field while maximising reporting data capture. The position is based in Orange and/or Bathurst NSW with fully flexible working arrangements. The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About you We are seeking a driven professional with not only high valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with: • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications • CPV or RPV status combined with significant experience in the residential and/or commercial valuation space. • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication Why work with us?
