About the Role

Opteon is seeking a dynamic Regional Director within our central QLD team. Reporting to the State Director of QLD, you will lead and manage the residential valuers, promoting a service-oriented culture that prioritises customer satisfaction and employee growth. Your key responsibilities include driving proactive performance and operational excellence, aligning the team’s efforts with Opteon’s operational and strategic objectives and promoting a workplace environment that encourages employee engagement and teamwork. To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in property valuation, effective leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a results-driven mindset.

Selection Criteria

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with experience in the residential valuation space.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
• Previous management or leadership experience is required.
