Property Valuer

The Role

This role will suit an API CPV accredited valuer with the confidence and willingness to undertake valuations across a diverse range of asset types, sectors, purposes, and locations. You will have the opportunity to be valuing the assets of a local council one week, a large independent school the next, and a mine site the following week.

Working within a team of highly experienced valuers, you will be well supported to work across valuation practice silos, getting a broad range of professional valuation experience.

• Manufacturing
• Mining & Resources
• Sport and Recreation

Our NSW business has a strong track record in government asset valuation work for financial reporting and insurance purposes as well as supporting the wider business in servicing our clients in the other sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete valuation assignments as part of a team and individually as required.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
• Undertake quality assurance of quotes and reports.
• Qualifications and Experience:
• CPV accreditation and membership of the API or RICS equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
