About the Role.

The role is responsible for providing operational excellence within our rating and taxing tram, ensuring positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.

About you

We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed commercial valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. You will have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with what is required in the selection criteria below.

Key Selection Criteria:
• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with significant experience in the commercial valuation space.
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
