The Leading Valuer provides guidance to their team in conjunction with the Regional Director and is responsible for developing their team, assisting, and managing the day-to-day operations relating to performance (both quality and turnaround), query management including review and authorisation, report authorisation and coverage/resource planning.

With the oversight of the Regional Director, the Leading Valuer is responsible for playing an active role in mentoring, developing, and leading a team with the goal of upskilling and enhancing their teams’ qualifications and experience, aligned to service excellence and client expectations.

The Leading Valuer:

Supports the Regional Director with providing leadership to their Valuers and plays an active role in the personal development of their team;
Provides quality valuation reports in an efficient and timely manner whilst providing client service levels and standards as set out by the Regional Director;
Works collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure Valuers achieve all operational and client facing targets;
Provides regular monitoring and feedback to their Valuers, specifically focusing on performance and quality including overall TAT, milestone management, bounce and queries provided by the Regional Director;
Ensures an engaged workforce with a focus on coaching, communication, fun and inclusion;
Role models our values and promotes a positive image of Opteon with our Customers and our people.
About You:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Completed CPV accredited course.
Confident verbal communication and report writing skills.
A positive and professional manner.
High degree of computer proficiency
Current Driver’s license.
