Graduate Valuer – Plant & Machinery

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise industry-standard valuation methodologies to assess the value of plant and machinery assets.
• Collect and analyse data related to equipment specifications, market trends, and other factors
  influencing valuation outcomes.
• Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate the physical condition and maintenance history of
  assets.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports that adhere to industry standards and
  regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders to convey valuations findings and explain methodologies.
• Collaborate with experienced valuers to enhance your knowledge and skills in asset valuations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Property, Engineering, Business, Economics,
  Finance).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of valuation theory and standards is a plus.
