ACORPP have three full time positions and currently seeking candidates to join us as a Property Consultant within the Tenant Advisory team:
- Student/Recent graduate
Candidates that have recently graduated or student in their last year of a relevant Property or Finance degree.
2. Intermediate role
- Candidates with a property background and relevant qualifications such as Bachelor of Commerce, in the areas of (or similar) Property & Finance; Property & Marketing; or Property Development & Valuation.
3. Senior role – Candidates with the following experience:
- 3+ years of property industry-experience, ideally across: Commercial property strategy and advisory/consulting; Valuation;
Acquisition; Disposals; Market assessment; Site selection; Due diligence. - Proven experience in undertaking financial modelling and analysis, and report writing.
- Proven experience in market research across office, industrial, and commercial properties and projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A strong understanding of Perth’s property market dynamics.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Estate Master.
- Proven experience liaising with and building upon client relationships (Client Relationship Management).
The role is to support and work within our tenant advisory team carrying out a broad range of tasks.
- Market research and identifying property options.
- Property due diligence.
- Provide Leasing advice and strategy to align with client requirements.
- Preparation of property reports.
- Negotiate and prepare agreements at a detailed level ensuring commercially negotiated terms are properly documented, all ongoing obligations are met and client outcomes are achieved.
- Analyse cashflow models.
- Portfolio and Lease administration.
- General property consultancy.
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Various Land type dealings.
