Your new company Valuations Australia is a growing full-service valuation company, completing property, business and plant and equipment valuations that has recently expanded into the last three states in Australia, making it a truly national brand.

We are seeking out an experienced, API-qualified Property Valuer to join our team.

This role reports to the General Manager and is based out of Perth.

Your new role
We are providing a contract or salary based opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join the team. As a member of our team you will be given the responsibility to work autonomously and set your own work schedule.
Your job tasks will include but not be limited to:

Undertake valuations across a range of property types with a focus on residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Inspect property within (and sometimes outside) the metro area.
Research and value property using standard templates (these will be provided for you).

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

Have a minimum of 5-years-experience as a Certified Practising Valuer
Be registered with the API
Proven skills in Microsoft Office (exposure to Microsoft Word important)
Be comfortable using G Suite (including Google Calendar)
