Property Valuer

We are seeking out an experienced, API-qualified Property Valuer to join our team.

This role reports to the General Manager and is based out of Perth.

Your new role
We are providing a contract or salary based opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join the team. As a member of our team you will be given the responsibility to work autonomously and set your own work schedule.
Your job tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Undertake valuations across a range of property types with a focus on residential, commercial and industrial properties.
• Inspect property within (and sometimes outside) the metro area.
• Research and value property using standard templates (these will be provided for you).

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

• Have a minimum of 5-years-experience as a Certified Practising Valuer
• Be registered with the API
• Proven skills in Microsoft Office (exposure to Microsoft Word important)
• Be comfortable using G Suite (including Google Calendar)
