Licensed Valuer

We require a licensed valuer, who has or is looking to gain a comprehensive knowledge in residential, commercial and industrial, and to be exposed to our more complex valuation and consultancy assignments. You will work with industry leaders in a dynamic professional team environment with exposure to an extensive range of property types for a variety of purposes including but not limited to feasibility analysis, compensation assessments and rental valuation assignments for our diverse client base.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role. A high degree of professionalism and initiative are further skills you will require for this role, consistently achieving positive outcomes while constantly managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines. Key strengths will include your personable and professional nature and an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will need to be highly motivated and make a genuine contribution to our team.

Candidates must be a Licensed Valuer, an Associate member of the API, have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail as well as strong organisation and time management skills.
