QRM Director – Valuations

The Opportunity

This Director level role is to provide industry expertise to support the Victorian Valuation and advisory business. You will be actively engaged in providing technical analysis for a number of higher risk and complex Valuation matters.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Associate or Fellow of either the Australian Property Institute (API) or the Royal
  Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
• Extensive property valuation industry experience: you may come from a property valuation firm, or property risk role within
  a Bank.
• Advanced understanding and experience of the valuation industry across a range of commercial asset classes (including
  the property development sector) together with an ability to identify key risks and risk mitigation methods.
