Property Valuer/Graduate Valuer

The role involves:

• This will be a progressive role based initially with field inspection work, leading to report preparation and market analysis, and moving to project management.
• You will bring your valuation, excel knowledge and tech literacy, and be trained and mentored in this sector.
• Regular Travel (around Australia)
• Work from home arrangement

What we expect from the role:

• A high degree of computer literacy, proficiency of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Completion of Tertiary qualifications in a property related field, some time working in valuation desirable
• Work with GIS systems advantageous
• A passion for the property industry
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service ethic
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Ability to work within tight time constraints and multitask
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Proximity to a major airport desirable (east coast desirable)
