AAA Group are a national specialised Asset Advisory firm with a core focus on providing financial reporting valuation, insurance and asset management services. We are searching Australia for the employment of a Graduate Valuer or Valuer looking to elevate their career within a specialised sector of the valuation industry. Ideally, we are looking for a mindset, which ultimately has a desire to lead and work within projects, and effectively represent a market leading firm. The skillsets ideal for this position include proficiency with Excel, ability to adapt to and use technology, work autonomously, lead respectfully, and apply intuition.

The role involves:

This will be a progressive role based initially with field inspection work, leading to report preparation and market analysis, and moving to project management.
You will bring your valuation, excel knowledge and tech literacy, and be trained and mentored in this sector.
Regular Travel (around Australia)
Work from home arrangement

What we expect from the role:

A high degree of computer literacy, proficiency of Microsoft Word and Excel
Completion of Tertiary qualifications in a property related field, some time working in valuation desirable
Work with GIS systems advantageous
A passion for the property industry
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service ethic
Ability to work in a team environment or independently
Ability to work within tight time constraints and multitask
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Proximity to a major airport desirable (east coast desirable)
