Senior Property Analyst (Non-Banker Mortgage Lender)

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct property risk analysis and adopt appropriate lending ratio
• Drive mortgage transactions from assessment to settlement
• Analysis all risks associate with a mortgage transaction
• Undertaking searches to identify risk factor of concern
• Coordinated the valuation process
• Ensure applications submitted are compliance
• Liaise with the lending team to ensure there are no outstanding requirements
• High attention to due diligence and compliance across all applications
• Conduct thorough investigations on all finance applications
• Conduct training for junior team members

PRE-REQUISITES

• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience working in property valuation
• No experience in lending required
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly
• High attention to detail
• Show leadership skills
• Strong communicator
• PR or Australian Citizen
